RFC Analyzer
Many organizations have complex architectures with hundreds of systems making it difficult to keep track of existing connections. From the central system, SUIM's RFCA analyzes the RFC destinations on all your satellite systems, as well as connected users, roles and profiles, allowing you to identify and delete obsolete, non-functioning, or unauthorized RFCs.

Detect and correct your connection inconsistencies
It is possible to create validations and/or mitigations for each inconsistency found. A profound reporting exists to view and analyze these logs for audit purposes.
The last usage date as well as the detailed usage of the RFC destination are provided - e.g. user group, user type or the validity of user. The report displays the source and target system used by the RFC connection, the executor, the indirect executor in case of a technical user defined in the RFC connection, the executed transaction, and each RFC function and function group used during the usage of the RFC connection and many more.
The following reporting functionality is provided:
- Inventory of all RFCs per target system, server, user used, etc.
- Comparison of DNS or IP addresses of a system
- Password check
- Check Authorizations of the user stored on the target system
In the Competence Centers, a group of users are responsible for the administration of the RFCs. Modifying or creating RFC destinations by people outside this group can pose a risk to the security of system data. RFCA finds these violations and helps mitigate them in the event of a false alarm.
Conduct a holistic consistency analysis of RFC destinations to protect your interface landscape. Validate automatically several RFC attributes such as the naming convention/description of the RFCs, creators, modifiers or authorizations from a centralized platform in a simplified way.
